How to Get the Law of Attraction to Manifest

Law of Attraction and Manifestation

Understanding how the law of attraction manifests in all things is essential. In a nutshell the law of attraction is defined that like energy attracts like energy; hence, manifest. Everything that exists has energy that vibrates at different levels. It’s best described by using radio or television frequencies. If you want to tune into a particular station then you turn the channel to get what you want. Why is this an important topic? Because your energy matters and manifests itself in much of your life.

We all have been ingrained with belief systems we’ve inherited from our families, friends, community, and environment without realizing how much impact it has. If you grew up in a household that thought money was the root of all evil, you might lack money for fear of it. Or your your parents fought all the time, so you have a no idea what a healthy relationship is.

Why is it that you have football, basketball players, or actors all get into this ridiculously hard or out of reach field only to have multiple family members in those said careers? They all know it’s possible and not out of reach. I think we really underestimate and undervalue the importance of the law of attraction.

Google Search, Law of Attraction, and RAS

The internet was designed to be like the brain; for example when you search a word or topic on Google, Google gives you a enormous amount of information on that word or topic. Google doesn’t attach judgement with the word or topic, but gives you everything with the information you fed it. Your beliefs are basically like Google. Whatever you think, good or bad, usually and eventually will show up or manifest somehow in your life, hence law of attraction.

Like Google we are exposed to tons of stimuli every moment. Your reticular activation system (RAS) helps decipher what is you believe to be important by weeding out other information that isn’t on your immediate radar. Think of a time when you’ve purchased a car. All of a sudden you see your car everywhere. It’s not that everyone decided to buy the same car, it’s what your attention is on therefor you see it everywhere. Let that sink in for a moment. If your thoughts are on negative things like the world is a scary place, then guess what? It is…but only for you.

If you can really go back and reflect on your life what was good, bad, or indifferent, you may recognize your patterns. I did that when I was around 22 years old. I knew I had a pattern when it came to dating. Believe me, it wasn’t good. But I was the common denominator. Once I realized I was the problem, then I could try to fix it.

Change: We All Want It, Until It Comes

It always amazes me how everyone wants change, but when the opportunity comes, they really don’t. Fear of the unknown is much scarier than the stuff we’ve already been exposed. We human beings are a crazy bunch. Many people would rather stay in a highly dysfunctional job, relationship, or circumstances, in fear of the “what if” syndrome. What if I can’t find another partner? What if the new job is worse? What if I can’t find a new circumstance? What if I had it better than I thought?

Now let’s reword the “what ifs” to What if staying in this dysfunctional relationship is keeping me from my true love? What if I land the perfect job with perfect coworkers allowing me to generate wealth as I create? Can you see the difference of energy used in the line of questioning? The first line of questioning has a scarcity or fear-based mentality, while the other offers hope and excitement. That right there is your personal gauge.

It would behoove you to get comfortable change and even better for you to add excitement by acknowledging all of the positive possibilities that come with change. This isn’t new information and I’ve certainly have talked about this topic on numerous occasions. Fear-based thinking will manifest in a negative way. Whereas excitement-based thinking or love-based thinking will manifest in a much more positive way.

Law of Attraction is Backed by Science In a Way

The main reason I have brought up this topic frequently is because we are living in a time of crisis in the U.S. We are divided as a nation, mostly because of the news media. News wants to instill fear, because it gets our attention by activating our reptilian part of the brain that we used when we needed it to escape danger like a saber tooth tiger. Being that our lives have supposedly evolved, (sometimes I wonder) we don’t have to face those types of dangers. Though, the news has actually been quite dangerous to our well-being.

Science has shown us that everything is energy. Quantum mechanics and quantum physics shows us that the observer can influence the behavior over subatomic particles. Everything is matter, all matter is made of atoms, all atoms are made of subatomic particles. We can manipulate them to make things like cars, desks, computers, etc. So why can’t you fathom the notion of our thoughts have energy and can also be manipulated into a physical reality?

Mystics have known that our energy manifests in different ways, but couldn’t necessarily explain it like science has. There’s a lot for science to catch up on when it comes to mediumship and psychic abilities. But if you if something works for you like I’ve written about on the placebo effect, then why question it? https://wellnessgardentoolshed.com/exciting-information-on-the-placebo-effect/

How to Get Started Manifesting with the LOA

So how does one get started? We have a free download on our SHINE Method that can help you get started if you’re stuck. https://shinemethod.wellnessgardentoolshed.com/?_gl=1%2At7ej93%2A_gcl_au%2ANTU0NjYxNTcwLjE3Mjg1MjQ1MTE. Otherwise keep reading.

  1. Create a calm space and allow yourself to just breathe, to quiet the monkey mind
  2. Allow yourself to dream of the perfect life for you and what it entails, no matter how grandiose it may seem to you.
  3. Feel the excitement of all the positive possibilities of what that life would feel like.
  4. Write down everything you want from living space, to work, to relationships, to time. Nothing is off limits.
  5. Read your list every night for 90 days. (It takes approximately 30 days to develop a habit and 90 days to rewire your brain.)
  6. Notice who shows up in your life and how they are on the same wavelength. (You’d be surprised how this works.)
  7. Don’t put anything on your list that you don’t want. Example: I want to quit smoking. Your brain and the universe only hear smoking and will keep that in your thoughts.
  8. Listen to positive podcasts or books. Here are a few YouTube channels I listen to for inspiration or motivation. https://www.youtube.com/@lewishowes https://www.youtube.com/@johnassaraf https://www.youtube.com/@melrobbins
  9. Rinse and Repeat.

This Isn’t New

None of this is new information. I write this blog for you, and myself, as a reminder to you of what you can do to take charge of your lives and emotions. We all can use reminders, especially when the world around is crazy and we have all this access to it. It is imperative to be mindful of what you feed your brain. The internet is a blessing and a curse. It too, has its light side and shadow side. It’s up to you what kind of food you give it.

Many of you have read or heard me talk about this stuff. If you couldn’t tell, I’m extremely passionate about this topic. I can’t keep it to myself, it wouldn’t be fair. I know there are many of you out there searching for meaning or a better life. I’m hear to tell you that it isn’t for only certain elite groups to know this. It’s for all. It does surprise me how many choose not to at the very minimum to even give it try. Your life will improve dramatically.

My grandparents were raised during the great depression. Scarcity was no joke. Unfortunately, my parents were raised by those parents and their parents’ beliefs were passed down through generations. It’s been difficult, but I’ve managed to brake that scarcity mentality. We all backslide, but we can generally pull ourselves out of it. That’s part of the human experience. If we didn’t have the rough times, we may never be motivated to try to improve our lives.

It’s also important to remind everyone that just because you were raised with a set of beliefs, doesn’t mean you can’t change them or get new ones. We inherit our belief systems from many ways, neighbors, churches, schoolmates, parents, family, and environment. Take what works for you and see what has manifested through the law of attraction in your life, then decide how to make it the way you want and deserve.

Within all of us is a divine capacity to manifest and attract all that we need and desire.
