Raise Your Vibration Now With 5 Simple Techniques

What Is Vibration

Everything that exists in the world has a vibration. Sub-atomic particles are constantly moving which is their vibration. The law of attraction states that like attracts like. Lower level energies like sadness, lathargy, anger, jealousy, fear all radiate or vibrate very slowly. If your energy is vibrating on the lower end of the spectrum, you will attract lower level energy that matches. Hence, negative outcomes; sickness, rude people, stubbing your toe, hitting all red lights on the way to work, you get it.

Your vibration literally is your personal radio station; tuning into the frequency on the dial of your preverbial radio station; where your attention is directed. This is why it’s imperative to realize your energy matters, especially, if you want to attract positive experiences and people your way. Many of us never knew something like this existed. I remember when I first learned about this and I still get as excited today as I did in the mid 90’s talking about this stuff.

Raising Your Vibration Isn’t Always Easy

Raising your vibration is much easier to do when things are going well in life. You’re already in a great mood and you feel like you can move moutains, your energy is soaring. Luck, opportunities seem to be falling at your feet. You couldn’t fail if you tried.

Now think of when everything is crumbling around you. You find out your 20 year investment is threatened by the investors being investigated by the FBI for fraud of God forbid worse. That can make anyone want to crawl in bed and hide. How the heck can you attract good things when you feel like only bad things are happening to you?

I’m here to tell you can. It isn’t easy, but it’s doable. There are four techniques that I use when I feel low levels of energy. First step is to recognize the origin of your low energy. Is it from a real experience like the example above? Are you tired? Did you eat and nourish your body correctly? There are many legit and out of your control reasons, and there are others that you can totally control. Once you’ve determined the challenge, then you can decide what to do to to raise your vibration.

Intentional Thinking

You can only have one thought at a time, so this is where intentional thinking comes to play. Now that you’ve assessed where and why your energy is where it’s at, here are a few techniques that can your frequency instantly.

  1. Turn on the radio or streaming device to music or a positive podcast or positive show.
  2. Go outside. Sit in the sun or garden.
  3. Exercise.
  4. Read.
  5. Food. Eat healthy

1. Listen or Stream Uplifting Podcasts Or Shows

Being that you can only have one thought at a time, you must choose what thought to think. I know that’s easier said than done, but you have to distract the negative thought. Turning on a streaming device/television or radio allows you to listen and take your attention off of your woes. Your sorrows won’t disappear, but this helps to quickly take your mind off of what’s bugging you. Get into something that holds your attention, preferrably something uplifting to shift your brain.

Once your thoughts are better and your vibration is higher, then focus on what kind of outcome your desire. Remember quantum mechanics tells us there are infinite possibilities of outcomes. Try to focus on the desired outcome you want.

2. Go Outside

Fresh air always does a body good. Whether you walk, ride a bike, run, garden, or rest in the fresh air will boost up your energy and mood. Gardening, going barefoot, or getting your hands in the dirt like weeding, really helps ground you. It gives a sense of connection to what’s really important in that moment. Listening to the birds chirp makes me feel at one and at peace. Peaceful energy is a higer vibration.

Some of these techniques will overlap, like exercise, but this is to illustrate the great outdoors. Every year I camp with friends and family. It is my complete decompression time and I always feel highly motivated and happy afterwards. Nature truly does a body and brain good.

We can never underestimate the power of the sun. There’s a reason people get depressed in places where there are more cloudy days than sunshiny days. Sun gives you vitamin D which helps you absorb other vitamins and minerals. It stimulates the release of serotonin which is a neurotransmitter associated with happiness. Just make sure to not get sunburned.

3. Exercise

We all know exercising is good for the body and brain. Cardio helps bring oxygen to the brain to give you clarity. After a good day of exercise, it allows you to sleep better, which aids in restoration of brain and muscles. Endorphines are released when exercise, which is why psychologists and pyschiatrists will prescribe exercise as part of their mental health programs. The better we feel emotionally the higher our vibration is raised to attract the positive things in life we desire.

Obviously exercise is helps the body stay in shape. We feel good when our bodies are in shape. It affects our looks as well as our health. It doesn’t take long for the benefits of exercise to kick in. Many people get overwhelmed over the idea of exercise, but once you make that decision to do it, you are always happy you did.

4. Read

Reading material helps your mood depending on what you’re reading. It can help you escape from the negative things that are going in the world. It can take you to a whole other world. Having a distraction from what has you down is a quick way to raise your vibration.

The content of what you’re reading makes all the difference in the world. I personally love motivational books, especially memoirs that have the hero’s journey theme. Anything that excites you in a positive way is a sure sign you’ll be on the right track.

5. Food

You are what you eat. If you’re eating junk, well, I don’t really need to tell you what you’ll feel like afterwards. Food definitely has an impact on your mood. If you eat too much, it’ll affect your mood. Food raises or balances your sugar levels which give you energy or takes it away.

All of these things can affect your energy which is your personal vibration. If you need a quick fix to raise your energy, then try any of these 5 techniques and notice how your body and mind feel.

Conclusion

This may sound like woo woo or magical thinking, but I be if you really look at your life, you can see how your vibration attracted certain things to you. Your life reflects your beliefs and thoughts which is your vibration.

The good news is no matter what your past looks like, you can change at any time. When you realize that everything is energy then you have a new tool in your personal shed you can use to your benefit. There’s a lot of fear mongering in the world. After all doom scrolling is probably going to be the word of the year, but you don’t have to fall into that trap.
